Management Effectiveness Profile (Self Discovery Series)

Interpretive notes and development suggestions are provided for each competency area, as well as a Personal Action Plan to help you determine what steps you will take to develop your management skills.

How this instrument is scored

Each of the competencies is measured using 12 questions which are scored on a Likert scale ('ŒAlmost Always' to 'ŒAlmost Never'). Final scores are plotted on a spider diagram to create an overall Management Effectiveness Profile.

Although primarily intended (in its paper format) as a self-assessment, the questions have been worded so this tool can also be used for 180 or 360-degree feedback (by purchasing extra copies of this booklet - one for each respondent).
