The Influencing Style Profile has been designed to help identify the way people influence others at work. Learn to recognise the four styles of influencing and how you currently use them so you can develop practical strategies for influencing others both at work and outside it.

Interpretative notes are provided that give an overview of each style, what it means if you are a low or high scorer in that particular style, ways to improve your influence and factors that could be impacting on your level of influence.
A Personal Action Plan is included in the back of the booklet to help you plan your development activities so you can increase your ability to influence others.
How this instrument is scored
Participants enter a response to 32 questions based on a 5 point Likert scale ranging from 'Strongly Disagree' to 'Strongly Agree'. These responses are automatically sorted into the four styles to determine a total score for each.
