Creativity & Innovation Effectiveness Profile (Self Discovery Series)

Creativity and innovation are usually well-developed in successful entrepreneurs. How this instrument is scored

This instrument measures an individuals competency and is scored on a Likert scale. There are twelve questions in each category and each question is scored on a five point scale ranging from 'Almost Never' to 'Almost Always'. The results are averaged to provide an overall score which is plotted on a spider diagram allowing you to quickly identify any areas that would benefit from development. Interpretation notes and suggestions are provided along with a personal action plan to help you determine what actions you will take to develop your creativity and innovation skills.

Although primarily intended (in its paper format) as a self-assessment the questions have been worded so this tool can also be used for 180 or 360-degree feedback (by purchasing extra copies of this booklet - one for each respondent).
