    Review

    Hazel Hare has a million and one questions to ask, and none of the other animals seem to have any answers for her. Venturing out through the forest, she encounters several of her animal friends – Mole and Lemur, Giraffe and Elephant – and asks them questions about why and how things are the way they are and that they do what they do. 

    Sadly, no one can answer Hazel and, as night falls, she emerges into a clearing and pleads to Moon to answer her questions. Moon turns to her and says that yes, of course she could answer all Hazel’s questions about nature – but some things simply need to be learned through experience, there’s just no better way.

    Including a message about the importance of asking questions and being inquisitive about the world we live in, this colourful picture book instils a wonderful lesson in younger readers.
